Women friends.

I am that girl that has never had a tribe or a squad. Just not my style. I have tried, and it just feels wrong. I can do women friends one on one. But, what I have found is that women have a tendency to be extremely competitive with one another. To find women that truly want to cheer each other on, help each other and lift one another up is such a hard task. Honestly, it is exhausting. Too many times, they are competitive about money, men, looks and every other measurable thing in their life.

Where does that leave me? It leaves me as a solo traveler, someone who spends time alone with art, and at the end of the day, a woman with a bunch of men friends.

The few women friends are like me…independent, overwhelmed, and just trying to accomplish their dreams…alone.
